These Terms govern your use of Parent Chat. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Parent Chat. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed through it. Provide accurate information and do not create an account for another person without permission.

Community content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Parent Chat a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate and promote the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to share it.

Safety and moderation

You must follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently remove accounts that violate these Terms, harm others, or threaten the safety or integrity of the service. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours when possible.

Third-party services and locations

Parent Chat may rely on third-party services and may show information about local activities. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, safety, or suitability of any activity, place, map result, or user-provided recommendation. Use your judgment and verify details before visiting.

Disclaimer and limits

Parent Chat is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The app is a community resource, not professional medical, legal, childcare, or emergency advice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
