A little less to remember

How My Baby works

My Baby gives you one calm place to capture the details of your baby’s day, then makes those details easy to revisit.

1. Create a baby profile

Add a name, birthday and theme during setup. You can add and switch between profiles in the app’s baby profile area.

2. Log what happened

Use quick logging for feeds, sleep and diapers. Add details such as feeding type and amount, breastfeeding side, sleep location, wet or dirty diapers, symptoms, temperature and notes. Sleep and breastfeeding sessions can be timed while they are happening.

3. Check today at a glance

The Today view brings together recent activity and useful totals, including feeds, sleep and diapers. History lets you look back over earlier entries and share a clear record with your care team when you choose.

4. Use gentle suggestions

My Baby can estimate what may come next using your baby’s age and recent entries, including likely feeding and sleep windows and age-based developmental milestones. These are general estimates, not medical advice.

5. Keep caregivers in sync

When iCloud is available, you can share a baby log with a partner or caregiver using Apple’s private CloudKit sharing. Each person uses their own device and Apple account.

6. Make it fit your routine

Turn on feed reminders, choose temperature and bottle units, and use widgets, Live Activities and shortcuts for quick access. You can delete individual entries or delete all entries from Settings.

Important: My Baby is a record-keeping tool. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor medical conditions. Contact your pediatrician or emergency services if you are worried about your baby’s health.
